​A website is often a brand’s first impression so no matter how big or small your company is, your website is out there for the world to see. It should accurately represent your brand and services with all USPs covered and your personality should shine through your copy. 

 

Boring or outdated content, incomplete product descriptions, missing images, spelling and grammar mistakes, and a lack of information will directly effect sales, clicks, interaction or enquiries. 

 

As your brand grows and evolves it is important that your website content does too. This applies to blogs too!

​We all like a human connection, and brands, like people, need to be able to connect with their audience.

 

Your brand's personality should have a specific tone of voice (TOV) that is used everywhere, including communication with clients and customers, no matter what form that communication comes in.

Identifying your brand personality and crafting your brand narrative takes reflection and consideration. It allows you to review a brand’s underlying values and beliefs.

 

Having these documented means you have concise guidelines for your team to use with clients and/or customers instills confidence in a brand because you know exactly who you are, and so do they.
